Once the payment is confirmed and the product has been packed and is ready for shipping:
-- Can I add an extra hook or magnetic accessory to my CHERO coat rack?
Of course! You can add as many as you like. You’ll find them in our shop and you can add them to your cart during checkout. (Don’t worry — if you realize it afterwards, you can buy it separately later)
-- Can I customize the size of my product?
Yes, many of our products can be made in custom sizes. Contact us and we’ll see how we can make it happen. In general, custom orders take longer to produce.
-- If the filament bulb of my FOCO/TANTE product breaks or burns out, how do I replace it?
You can replace it with any E27 screw-type bulb (the standard one used everywhere).
-- Do all products come with an installation kit? Are they easy to install?
Yes, all products that are mounted on the wall come with screws and wall plugs. They also include a centering guide so you know exactly where to drill. Super easy!
-- What is the payment method?
For international purchases, we use PayPal.
